Do you actually know the power of your voice?

Have you experienced your voice’s resonance moving through you as a full-body experience?

Have you felt expressed, seen, and actualized in your creative work, or mission in the world?

These are some of the most amazing parts of experiencing EmbodiedVoice practices:

They give your entire mind/body/system a new reference point for being awakened to your voice’s power!

Your voice is a powerful tool for many avenues of creative expression –
be it singing, public speaking, acting, creating video content, recording, writing, speaking on stages…
and even moments like having heart-to-heart conversations with loved ones and creating authentic connection!

Your voice practice is about empowering you to connect, tap into your inner wisdom and communicate from an authentic place.

It’s about knowing how to intentionally move energy through your voice so that you can land your message!

When we use the embodied method of weaving systematic vocal technique with subtle body alignment, combining the worlds of energy and Western science, we not only improve the physical technique voice for singing and speaking –

– but we also activate and balance the throat chakra (the energy center that is connected to our ability to communicate what is within us out into the world in an effective way).

Students often share with me that they are discovering that their voice practice is building more than better singing and speaking skills for them – it’s also translating into all areas of life and creating profound healing and transformation!

In my own personal practice, I often remember what a privilege it is to explore voice and self-expression.

To me, that is what we’re here for: to learn what it truly means be expressed (in your own unique way, of course!) and to ENJOY the process!

What I LOVE is seeing others discover the power of their voice practice!

No matter where you are in your vocal journey – from beginner to professional – there is always a deeper layer of self-knowing available to us, and that’s what keeps it exciting, alive and fulfilling – and a true gift to give oneself.

My intention in writing this message to you is to offer a reminder that there is immense power in your voice, and it’s available for you to explore it!
