This week, I witnessed the power of vocal empowerment in real time. During a group practice inside my Embodied Voice Academy, I guided students through third eye chakra vocal toning—and the entire group dropped into a deep state of peace. It was a breathtaking reminder of how the voice can transform not only our inner world, but the collective energy of a space.
A Moment of Collective Silence
After leading the group through singing, breathwork, and movement exercises, I opened the chat for reflections. Normally, people are eager to share their experiences. But this time… everyone was silent.
Peaceful smiles spread across the Zoom screen. No one needed to say anything—we were simply basking in presence. In that silence, the voice had already spoken.
The Third Eye Vocal Practice
Over the years, I’ve watched how third eye chakra practices reliably shift people into grounded stillness. These are not abstract or esoteric ideas—they’re tools with a tangible effect on the body, mind, and spirit. Again and again, I’ve seen them cultivate qualities like:
